My Life

Hello, my name is Gabriela Marin, but I go by Gabby for short. Which ever name works for me. I have an older sister in college at West Virginia University, and a younger brother in eighth grade who will be going to Cathedral Prep in the fall. I am sixteen and my birthday is on November 26. I am currently taking life guarding classes at Fairview High School on Saturday mornings for my summer job at Water World. Also I have my permit right now and soon I will hopefully have my license in June. Some of my interests include reading, swimming, dancing, boating, traveling, base-jumping (extreme sports), and jet skiing. I have a boat and two jet skis that I practically live on all summer. I grew up in Erie and lived here all my life. My parents are from South America and Spain, so we travel there all the time. This past summer, I traveled to Europe with my family to visit relatives in London and to live two weeks in Spain. I really like playing almost all sports even for fun, but my favorite activities to do are swimming and dancing. I would say that I'm also a "little" bit on the competitive side too. My thoughts on blogging are indifferent because I’m not much of a blogger. I don't post blogs online just for the fun of it, so they don't really mean anything. Sorry if that’s offensive to anyone. I am looking forward to learning the human body and anatomy of the body meaning ways to keep the muscles healthy and strong because I want to go into the field of nursing, physical therapy, or occupational therapy. I also want to go to a college away from home and Erie’s awful weather, but I also want a college with an excellent nursing program. That’s my response to your questions.
